A Medical Representative is a specialist who is the face of Serene Pharma. Their primary responsibility is to be engaged in the promotion of medicines, and inform doctors about the benefits, qualities and distinctive properties of the drug. They must follow the company’s plan and strategy and submit reports on a regular basis.

The job of a regional sales manager is to increase sales and organize the work of medical representatives in their respective region. The regional manager oversees the work with key clients like doctors and pharmacies. They conduct scheduled visits to the assigned area to understand the needs of the clients. The regional manager guarantees the achievement of the established plan in the assigned territory. Candidates looking to apply for this position should have 4 years of relevant experience.
